Objective
To develop the new version of the LogiSmart mobile app, optimizing traceability, operational processes, and the monitoring of daily activities performed by industry personnel.
LogiSmart is a mobile app that optimizes the management of vehicles and keys by monitoring their real-time location.
It improves internal processes by providing immediate access to data on vehicle status, faults, and specifications. This enables better organization and customization of operations.
Key Features
The LogiSmart mobile app includes advanced functionalities, divided into four sections.
1. Vehicle Management Section
Manages the vehicle lifecycle within the lot: label association, vehicle positioning, vehicle search, and label dissociation.
2. Key Management Section
Monitors the handling and location of keys within storage lockers.
3. Vehicles Section
Provides immediate access to detailed vehicle information, such as features, optional equipment, reported faults, general condition, and usage status.
4. Workflow Section
Supports the management of operational processes with customizable workflows: defining operational phases, assigning tasks to operators, and uploading documentation.
Advanced Scanning Technology: Scanner and Hardware Integration
The app has been developed to also run on high-performance dedicated hardware devices for scanning barcodes, QR codes, and RFID tags via camera, UHF, NFC, and other technologies.
The combined use of the app and scanners enhances efficiency in inventory, localization, and vehicle tracking tasks, maximizing operator productivity and ensuring smooth and reliable logistics management.
