The new web platform of Dirclub Piemonte .

DIRCLUB Piemonte, prestigious association of executives, managers and professionals from Piedmont, needed not only a new website, but also a system that would enable a more effective communication between the secretariat, directors and shareholders, and greater interaction among all members of the club.

In the main requirements there was the need to publish the events organized by the club, informing at the same time via email all members of new events or changes, and being able to gather adhesion and manage subscriptions and payments.
It was necessary both a public part for the institutional communications, news, conventions, etc., and an area restricted to members only, that would allow them to express their interest to participate in a certain event, register and, where provided, to pay online their share of participation.

Moreover, given the high number of members, the activation of the user accounts for the members of the club on the platform needed to be authomatic, by uploading a file in excel / csv format.

The site was developed using Drupal 7 with a responsive layout, and was integrated with Drupal Commerce to implement the part concerning event registration and purchase, economic transactions (by bank transfer or PayPal) and order management.
